Disclosure: Pull & Pour received coffee samples for this post, however, as always, all opinions are 100% my own.

Ross Street is a roaster based in Iowa and one with a consistent, solid supply of Nicaraguan coffee. They have relationships with a variety of farms in Nicaragua and bring in some incredibly sweet and complex coffee.

This coffee began with a sweet fragrance of stone fruit and subtle peach. The flavor was wonderfully sweet with a very pronounced fruit-forward sweetness. It had a rounded mouthfeel and a smooth, medium-full body. The acidity was balanced and crisp and the coffee overall was quite well-balanced and approachable.

The Bottom Line

The strong, complex sweetness was the real winner in this cup for me. Ross Street delivered again with a high-quality Nicaraguan coffee that was amazingly tasty to drink.
