Pros

  • Incredibly complexity
  • Boozy, dark fruit notes with consistent evolution

Yemeni coffee is increasingly rare, which makes a lot like this feel truly special.

Grown at a towering 2,300 MASL inAl Haymah and crafted from the prized Al Adeni strain, this late-2025 harvest delivers everything Yemen is loved for—dense sweetness, layered fruit, and that signature deep, winey complexity with boozy undertones. This particular coffee is the result of a direct partnership between Reef Coffee and Pull & Pour Coffee.

From the first grind, the aromatics lean deep and decadent—rich dried fruit, dark sugar, and a hint of boozy sweetness rising from the cup. It opens with rum raisin and black cherry, dense and syrupy, before unfolding into softer fig and layered stone fruit. As it cools, a port-like character emerges, adding weight, sweetness, and a gentle warmth that lingers on the finish. The profile feels composed yet constantly evolving, revealing new dimensions with each sip—one of those coffees that invites you to slow down and pay attention.

This lot will be released through the Coffee Club on Monday, March 2. With only 170 jars available, once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. If you’re already a member, you’ll have the first chance to grab it. If not, joining the free coffee club ensures you don’t miss this release—or the equally special ones coming up.

I couldn’t be more thrilled to share such a rare, vibrant coffee. Its complexity and limited nature make it one of those coffees you’ll remember long after the jar is empty.
