This micro-lot comes from a single farmer, and with only 50 kilograms produced, it’s as limited as it is special.
From the very first grind, the coffee gives off layered aromatics—bright and candy-like alongside richer, dried-fruit undertones. In the cup, it opens with notes of pink starburst and cherry, rounded out by fig and raisin. As it lingers, a red wine-like depth comes through, carrying both body and sweetness. The complexity makes it tough to capture in just a few words—it shifts and evolves sip by sip, especially as it cools, creating an experience that’s as engaging as it is delicious.
This lot will be released through the Coffee Club on Monday, September 29. With only 150 jars available, once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. If you’re already a member, you’ll have the first chance to grab it. If not, joining the free coffee club ensures you don’t miss this release—or the equally special ones coming up.
I couldn’t be more thrilled to share such a rare, vibrant coffee. Its complexity and limited nature make it one of those coffees you’ll remember long after the jar is empty.
