Morgan Coffee is a roaster based out of Gothenberg, Sweden and was the April 2020 featured roaster for Yonder Coffee.

The coffee began with a sweet, fruity and citrusy fragrance. In the flavor I tasted orange, raspberry, blackberry and some subtle floral notes. The combination of berries, citrus and floral notes was incredibly complex and a lot of fun to explore. The coffee had a balanced acidity and a medium mouthfeel. There was an orange citrus sweetness that lingered long through the aftertaste. The coffee tasted best in the various filter brew methods, but was great as espresso too.

The Bottom Line

Yonder Coffee delivered again with a fun, complex coffee that was a lot of fun to explore. Ferney Cruz was a quality Colombian coffee and a great first experience with Morgan Coffee.
