Disclosure: Pull & Pour received coffee samples for this post, however, as always, all opinions are 100% my own.

Daily Coffee is a roaster out of Queens New York and features a single coffee at a time. In December 2021, their featured coffee was this washed Colombian coffee from Finca Los Pinos.

The coffee began with a fragrance that reminded me of chocolate, raisins, and malted grains. The flavor was rich & sweet with notes of almonds, chocolate, and maple syrup. The citrus-toned acidity was fairly sharp, especially at the front, and lingered into the finish. The coffee had a heavy body and smooth, full mouthfeel. The sweetness of the coffee reminded me of brown sugar and was quite rich.

The Bottom Line

Colombia Arcenio Hernandez was clean, crisp, and well-balanced. It was a coffee that would appeal to a wide audience and would make a great daily drinker.
