Pros
  • Thick, syrupy mouthfeel
  • Vibrancy

Struttura is an espresso blend meticulously crafted and created specifically with texture and mouthfeel in mind. This blend, combining beans from Guatemala Sierra Las Minas, Honduras Capucas, and Ethiopia Guji, creates a dynamic profile and a thick, syrupy mouthfeel.

Struttura was one of the easiest coffees I’ve ever dialed in and almost immediately started pulling near-perfect shots; it’s as if the beans are begging to fulfill their purpose and become a delicious shot of espresso. The mouthfeel is a key highlight, delivering a superbly syrupy texture that envelops the palate. The lush, molasses-like body harmonizes flawlessly with the sweet and vibrant flavor profile, characterized by the nuanced interplay of bittersweet chocolate and dark fruit notes. The result is a well-balanced espresso that shines both on its own and when combined with milk.

The Bottom Line

Espresso blends can be easily overlooked, but ones like Stuttura showcase the true potential when all aspects from blending to roasting are considered with the utmost care and detail.
