Refund Policy

We always want you to be happy with your Drip membership. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time on your account page. If you have any issues, you can contact us via our support form.

Your subscription cancelation notice is effective upon the first day of the next monthly billing period, and you will continue to have access to the applicable content for the  current monthly billing period. Monthly fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable.  We do not provide partial refunds for portions of a month, even if you give notice of cancelation in the middle of a month. For example, if you sign up and pay for a subscription on 6/24, you will have access until 7/24 when you will be billed again unless you have cancelled your subscription. As such, if you cancel on 6/25, you will not be charged again but will have access for that entire period you paid for. No refunds are available in these or any other situation.
