Recipe Steps

  1. Wet the filter thoroughly with hot water.
  2. Grind 18g of coffee and place it into pre-wet/heated v60. Make sure the coffee bed is flat.
  3. Pour 60g of water onto coffee. Let bloom for 45 seconds.
  4. Pour 60g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 120g). Let water fully draw down. Ends around 1:10
  5. Pour 80g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 200g). Let water fully draw down. Ends around 1:30
  6. Pour 80g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 280g). Ends around 1:50. TBT – 2:10 to 2:20
