Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00, pour 50 mL onto the grounds and allow to bloom for 45 seconds.
  2. At 0:45, pour an additional 100 mL in a circular pattern. Give grounds a quick swirl.
  3. At 1:30, pour the final 100 mL in a circular pattern and give one, small, additional swirl to level the grounds.
  4. Allow coffee to draw down for a total brew time of around 2:30-3:00.
