Recipe Steps
- Grind 18g of coffee medium-fine and add to the AeroPress in the upright position.
- Add 40g of water to AeroPress and stir aggressively to agitate coffee.
- Immediately after stirring, add remaining 240g of water to AeroPress and string again.
- Add plunger to top of AeroPress to stop additional coffee from flowing through the grounds.
- At 2:30 slowly push down on the AeroPress over 45 seconds. Pushing slowly helps lead to the most even extraction.
