Recipe Steps

  1. Grind 18g of coffee medium-fine and add to the AeroPress in the upright position.
  2. Add 40g of water to AeroPress and stir aggressively to agitate coffee.
  3. Immediately after stirring, add remaining 240g of water to AeroPress and string again.
  4. Add plunger to top of AeroPress to stop additional coffee from flowing through the grounds.
  5. At 2:30 slowly push down on the AeroPress over 45 seconds. Pushing slowly helps lead to the most even extraction.
