Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00, slowly bloom the coffee with 100g, 30g circular pour and 70g center pour.
  2. At 1:00, pour the second pulse slowly with 30g circular pour and 70g center pour (200g total)
  3. At 1:45, pour the third pulse slowly with 30g circular pour and 70g center pour (300g total).
  4. At 2:30, pour the final pulse slowly with 30g circular pour and 85g center pour (415g total).
  5. Total brew time should be between 3:15 – 3:45.
