- Bloom coffee with 50g of water
- At 0:45, slowly pour an additional 115g in a circular pattern.
- Once the water is almost to the coffee brew bed, add an additional 60g of water.
- Again, allow water to almost reach the coffee level and add the final 60g of water.
- Total brew time should be between 3:00-3:30. If brew time is too fast, tighten up the grind just a bit.
