Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00, pour 60mL of water to bloom the coffee. Gently swirl the coffee
  2. At 0:30, pour an additional 100mL (160mL total) with a circular pour. Do not swirl or agitate after pouring.
  3. Around 1:15 when the water level reaches right above the coffee bed, pour the final 80mL (240mL total) in a circular pour. Give a gentle swirl to settle the bed after pouring.
