  1. At 0:00, bloom coffee with 60g of water.
  2. At 0:40, slowly pour 85g of water in a circular motion.
  3. At 1:20 or when water level is right above coffee bed, slowly pour 85g of water in a circular motion.
  4. At 2:00 or when water level is right above coffee bed, slowly pour final 85g of water in a circular motion.
  5. Total brew time should be between 2:45-3:30.
