Recipe Steps
- Grind coffee, add to v60 and shake to level the grounds.
- Add 120g of ice below the brewer in a carafe (ideally one large ice cube that melts slowly).
- Add 60g of hot water to the grounds for the bloom and wait 30 seconds.
- At 45 seconds, slowly pour an additional 70g of water in a circular pattern around the grounds.
- At ~1:30 when the water is just above the grounds, add the final 70g of water in a circular pattern around the grounds.
- After drawdown, swirl coffee to melt ice and bring coffee to equilibrium.
- Serve with additional ice, if necessary.
