Brew X Coffee

1. Setup the AeroPress in the upright position. Ideally, use a flow control cap to prevent drip through.
2. Add the 18g of ground coffee to the AeroPress.
3. Add 260g of water on top and stir aggressively back and forth 10 times to fully saturate the grounds.
4. Allow coffee to brew for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the plunger and slowly push down over 45 seconds.

Notes:

This coffee works well as pour over as well, but I find the AeroPress works well to balance a bigger body with the punchy tropical fruit notes in the coffee.
