Recipe Steps

  1. Place the filter in the brewing device and rinse gently with hot water.
  2. At 0:00, bloom coffee with 50 grams of water.
  3. At 0:30, pulse in concentric circles 75 grams of water
  4. At 1:00, pulse another 75 grams of water.
  5. At 1:30, pulse 60 grams of water.
  6. At 1:50, pulse the last 60 grams of water
  7. Total brew time should be between 2:30-2:40.
