Joylight Coffee Roasters

1. Pour coffee into Kalita Wave and divot center of coffee bed about half an inch.
2. At 0:00, add 50g of water to the bloom the coffee. Stir the bed gently twice.
3. Wait 1 minute
4. At 1:30, slowly pour 140g of water over the course of about 30 seconds.
5. At 2:30, pour remaining 130g of water and swirl brewer to agitate bed.
6. Total brew time should be between 3:00-3:30.
