Recipe Steps

For Filter:

  1. Bloom; start timer and pour 50g of water onto grounds, fully saturating, pick up brewer and swirl three times to break up any clumping. .
  2. At 0:30, start your main pour ending at 200g at 50 seconds. Let drain from 0:50 – 1:25
  3. At 1:25, start your pour ending at 320g at 1:45. Allow coffee to drain.
  4. Total brew time should be around 2:45 – 3:00 minutes

For Espresso:

Ratio: 1:2.5 ratio
Coffee in: 18g in
Espresso out: 45 out
Shot time: 29 seconds
