Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00, pour 80mL of water to bloom the coffee with 40mL in a circle pour and then 40mL in a center pour. Gently swirl the coffee
  2. At 0:40, pour an additional 80mL (160mL total) with 40mL in a circle pour and then 40mL in a center pour.
  3. At 1:20, pour the final 80mL (240mL total) with 40mL in a center pour and the final 40mL in a circle pour.
