Recipe Steps

  1. Wet the filter thoroughly with hot water.
  2. Grind 18g of coffee and place it into pre-wet/heated v60. Make sure the coffee bed is flat.
  3. Pour 60g of water onto coffee. Let bloom for 45 seconds.
  4. Pour 60g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 120g). Let water fully draw down.
  5. Pour 90g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 210g). Let water fully draw down.
  6. Pour 90g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 300g).
  7. Immediately after finishing the pour, give the v60 the ‘Rao Spin’.
  8. Let water fully draw down and enjoy in your favorite vessel!
