Finca Bella Vista
- Bloom the coffee with 60g of water in around 10 seconds.
- From 0:30 – 1:00, pour an additional 190g of water in a circular pattern (total water weight: 250g).
- From 1:20 – 1:45, pour the final 100g of water in a circular pattern (total water weight: 350g)
- Total brew time should be around 2:40 – 3:00 minutes
