Nanelle is a worker-owner at Equal Exchange and is a co-founder and roaster at Torque Coffees. In 2003 Nanelle co-founded Barefoot Coffee Roasters and after 8 years there went on to build coffee service and/or roasting programs for a range of clients and partners in the food service, education, and community development fields.
