Recipe Steps
- Wet the filter thoroughly with hot water.
- Grind 18g of coffee and place it into pre-wet/heated v60. Make sure the coffee bed is flat.
- Pour 60g of water onto coffee. Let bloom for 45 seconds.
- Pour 60g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 120g). Let water fully draw down. Ends around 1:10
- Pour 80g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 200g). Let water fully draw down. Ends around 1:30
- Pour 80g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 280g). Ends around 1:50. TBT – 2:10 to 2:20
