Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00, bloom coffee with 30g of water.
  2. At 0:30, pour 70g of water in the center.
  3. At 0:50, pour 100g of water in the center.
  4. At 1:30, pour 50g of water in a spiral pour.
  5. Pour over should complete around 2:20.

This recipe brings out a more robust body. If you prefer a more tea-like coffee, adjust your dosage to 16g (vs. 18g) and keep everything else the same.
