Recipe Steps
- At 0:00, bloom coffee with 40g of water in a circular pattern, swirl aggressively
- At 0:45, slowly pour an additional 60g (100g total) in a circular pattern.
- At ~1:15, slowly pour an additional 70g (170g total) in a circular pattern.
- At ~1:50, slowly pour the final 85g (255g total) in a circular pattern, swirl gently to level the coffee bed.
- Allow drawdown. Total brew time should be between 2:45-3:15.
