- 1 oz Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch
- 0.5 oz Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Averna
- 2 dashes Black Walnut bitters
- 5 mL Caol Ila 12 yr Islay Single Malt Scotch
Combine Mr. Black, Monkey Shoulder, Zirbenz, Averna, and bitters in a mixing glass
Add ice and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe
Using a bar spoon, float Caol Ila 12 yr on surface
Express an orange peel upwards so it falls gently onto the cocktail. Garnish on side of glass
