Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00, pour 60g of water to bloom the coffee.
  2. At 0:45, pour 65g of water (125g total). Give the brewer a gentle swirl after pouring.
  3. At 1:15, pour 65g of water (190g total) in a circular motion.
  4. At 1:45, pour 65g of water (255g total) in a circular motion.
  5. At 2:15, pour final 65g of water (320g total) in a circular motion. Give the brewer a gentle swirl after pouring.
  6. Total brew time should be between 2:30-3:00.
