Recipe Steps

  1. Bloom coffee with 50g of water
  2. At 0:45, slowly pour an additional 115g in a circular pattern.
  3. Once the water is almost to the coffee brew bed, add an additional 60g of water.
  4. Again, allow water to almost reach the coffee level and add the final 60g of water.
  5. Total brew time should be between 3:00-3:30. If brew time is too fast, tighten up the grind just a bit.
