Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00, bloom the coffee with 60g of water for 45 seconds. Swirl the brewer to ensure even extraction.
  2. At 0:45, make your second pour of 140g of water (200g total) using a spiral pour. Allow bed to draw down but not get fully dry.
  3. At around 1:30, pour 140g of water (340g total). After the pour give a gentle swirl on the brewer to ensure a level bed.
  4. The total brew time should be between 2:30-2:45.
