Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00, bloom coffee with 35g of water.
  2. At 0:45, pour 100g of water in the center.
  3. At 1:15 (or right before water level reaches coffee bed), pour 60g of water in a spiral pour.
  4. At 2:00 (or right before water level reaches coffee bed), pour the final 60g of water in a spiral pour.
  5. Pour over should finish around 3:00.
