Recipe Steps
- Wet the filter thoroughly with hot water.
- Grind 18g of coffee and place it into pre-wet/heated v60. Make sure the coffee bed is flat.
- Pour 60g of water onto coffee. Let bloom for 45 seconds.
- Pour 60g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 120g). Let water fully draw down.
- Pour 90g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 210g). Let water fully draw down.
- Pour 90g of water onto the coffee (total water weight: 300g).
- Immediately after finishing the pour, give the v60 the ‘Rao Spin’.
- Let water fully draw down and enjoy in your favorite vessel!
