Recipe Steps

  1. At 0:00-0:20, bloom coffee with 50g of water.
  2. At 0:45-1:15, pour 100g from splatter height (about 6” above bed) in slow spiral pattern.
  3. At 1:45-2:15, pour 100g from splatter height (about 5” above water line) steady in center for :05, then in slow spiral pattern.
  4. At 2:45-3:15, pour 100g from splatter height (about 4-5” above water line) steady in center for :05, then spiral pattern (slightly faster).
  5. At 3:45-4:15, pour final 100g from 3” above water line, rapid spiral pattern to encourage agitation.
